About Us

We are a non profit organization, recognized by the State of Hawaii, and the IRS. Contributions made to VHN are tax deductible to the donor, as provided in section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Research is still being done, so we know how we can best help the ones in need. Our current staff is very small, but they each bring expertise in different fields. Together they hope to develop Veteran's Help Network into a organization that is nation wide. Until then we will do what we can from here, and hope to grow!

Veteran's Help Network provides assistance to Veteran's and other people, by offering free research, forms and information, we also post stories free of charge. Veteran's Help Network would also like to offer more services and plan to in the near future, however, until we receive more funding and or contributions, this is the best we are able to do with what little we currently have available.

We want to gather and pool resources. Find ways to make the system move more efficiently. The current system needs to change - DRASTICALLY!.

There are Veterans dying of old age, still waiting for their benefits. We need to help get the benefits to the people that are entitled to have them, and not make them wait decades to find resolution! These are the very people that protected our rights as americans, and they are being shoved under rugs and hidden in closets, yet anyone requiring the assistance of food/housing/shelter can get that help in a matter of days! Why then can can't the Veteran's system work just as fast?

I know that this is a lot to want to accomplish, but we know it can be done!
